Section 01
Terms & Conditions of Education
Admission and enrolment
Admission to NPUI programmes is subject to meeting published academic and administrative requirements. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. NPUI may accept, defer, or refuse applications in line with institutional policy and applicable regulations.
Students must provide accurate personal, academic, and contact information. False or incomplete information may lead to withdrawal of an offer, cancellation of registration, or disciplinary action.
Academic programmes and requirements
Students are responsible for understanding programme requirements, including coursework, practical training, examinations, attendance, and credits. Programme structures and schedules may be updated to improve quality or meet regulatory standards. Material changes will be communicated through official channels.
Fees and financial obligations
Tuition and related fees must be paid according to the approved fee structure and deadlines. Registration, class access, examinations, and academic documents may be withheld until outstanding balances are cleared, subject to institutional policy.
Refunds, deferrals, and withdrawals follow NPUI financial and academic regulations. Review the relevant fee and admission policies before requesting enrolment changes.
Conduct, attendance, and discipline
Students must maintain professional conduct, respect staff and peers, and follow campus, laboratory, and examination rules. Academic dishonesty—including plagiarism, cheating, falsification of records, or unauthorized collaboration—may result in sanctions up to dismissal.
Regular attendance is essential, especially for practical programmes. Persistent unjustified absence may affect assessment eligibility and progression.
Academic documents and certification
Certificates and transcripts are issued after successful completion of programme requirements and institutional clearance. Credential verification may be provided to employers or third parties upon lawful request and in line with our privacy practices.
Online learning and digital services
For online studies and services, students must protect login credentials, use official platforms appropriately, and not share copyrighted course materials without permission. NPUI may suspend digital access in cases of misuse or security risk.
