  1. Photocopy of GCE Advanced Level or TVEE Advanced Level, or BACC
  2. Photocopy of GCE Ordinary Level or TVEE intermediary Level, or CAP
  3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  4. Photocopy of National ID card or international passport for foreign students
  5. Two 4x4 passport size photographs
  6. Photocopy of receipt of payment of registration fee
